How will you guarantee the rent?
It’s simple — Your rent is part of our operating costs. Not only does our company sign the lease, but we also personally guarantee payment.
Your partnership matters deeply to us — it's the foundation of our business. Our goal is to be the last tenant you’ll ever need.
What is your fee?
There’s no catch — we don’t take a percentage of your rent. Our guests pay a premium for short-term stays, we simply earn the difference above your agreed rental rate.
How long are your guests staying?
Our working and traveling guests typically stay anywhere from 3 days up to a whole month, depending on the season and their profession. Many are remote workers or contractors who often require extended short term stays.
How do you guarantee no parties?
To be completely transparent — we go above and beyond to prevent parties or events in our units and maintain the property in pristine condition. It’s in our best interest to keep the space immaculate — any damage or downtime directly impacts our revenue and reputation, as well as our ability to host high-quality guests.
To ensure this, we install noise monitoring devices that alert us if sound levels exceed a certain threshold. If that happens, our team responds immediately and removes the guest if necessary. While incidents are rare, any maintenance or damage that does occur will be fully handled — at our expense.
How do you screen guests?
Most of the platforms we use conduct background checks and verify guest IDs. We receive this information with each booking request and personally review and approve every guest. Additionally, we ask for the purpose of their stay and consider that carefully in our decision.
It’s in our best interest to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for everyone involved — our reputation depends on it.
Do you market on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.?
We advertise our properties across multiple travel booking platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Furnished Finder, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, and more. These online travel agencies (OTAs) serve as intermediaries between us and our guests.
Our target audience includes corporate travelers, nurses on assignment, business professionals, and leisure tourists. Regardless of the platform, all guests are screened using our secure and consistent vetting process.
